Hoya Care Guide
General Information
Hoya are famous for their adorable, aromatic, and diverse flowers.
Native to Asia/Australia.
Enjoy fertilizer during the growing season.
Hoya send out long tendrils which then grow leaves and blooms. DO NOT CUT THESE OFF!
Soil
Prefer chunky, well-draining soil.
Hoya don't mind being root bound, so leave them in their pots for a while!
Water
Hoya are a type of succulent, so they like to dry out completely before being watered.
Soak soil completely through when watering!
Will grow faster in higher humidity.
Light
Enjoy bright indirect light.
With more intense light, Hoya will sun-stress! This is when the leaves change color to a purple/red, and is not necessarily a bad thing!
